What type of system do you use? You could install some kind of 'dinger' on your OS, and create a script file to call it... 

I use Linux, so I could find a 'dinger' app, or use 'aplay' to play some .wav or sound file and write a .sh bash script to run that command.

Then, using Mystic's built-in acs system, you could set that menu command to only work during specific hours, or... etc.
