Hi all,

I'm new to Mystic BBS.  I've been trying to configure Mystic using the wiki and various videos, but I can't seem to figure out how to properly edit or remove the canned bulletins, or how to edit the one-liners that are shown at login.  If someone can point me in the right direction, that would be awesome.
