Subj : Nightly maint won't run To : All From : DustCouncil Date : Thu Feb 03 2022 08:03 pm mutil maint.ini If I run this manually, it runs fine. There appears to be no syntax issue in the INI file. However, I cannot make this run in an automated fashion. Every so often I log in and run it manually. I have it set up with these settings: Active: Yes Description: Nightly Maintenance Event Type: Shell Exec Hour: 11 Exec Min: 0 Shell: mutil maint.ini Semaphore: Kill After: Warning: 0 SMTWTFS all set to Yes. I have tried fiddling with the pathnames. I am running v1.12 A47 (need to update this at some point) on Debian. BTW in case anyone is wondering - That odd 11am exec hour is because my board is configured as UTC, so that's 3am my time. Long story. I suppose an option is to just set it up as a cronjob. I'd prefer not to. Is there any downside to doing it that way? Thanks folks; this has been baffling me for months. All my other jobs (like the polling) works fine. --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A47 2021/09/24 (Linux/64) * Origin: Shipwrecks & Shibboleths [San Francisco, CA - USA] (21:1/227) .
