if you really don't care about non-ANSI users, an mpl script for prompt 000 could be something like:

If Graphics = 0 then Begin
  Write('|CR ANSI ONLY SORRY. USE xxx TERMINAL INSTEAD?');
  HangUp;
  Exit;
End;

None of the bots have any ansi interpretation whatsoever and fail the test.
