No, my FidoNet Hub is in the US. 

.../mis poll forced  gives me a connection but no packets. I really think the Hub is setup wrong. I'm going to give it bit more of a go but if I can't get it setup, I'm just not going to worry about it and tell the RC to remove my node address.
