I always do the 2-step myself. That said, I am having issues upgrading from A46-A47.

- Bulletins not notifying when they are updated
- (Y), (N), (C) no longer works (found out (1) and (0) do
- few other items that I forgot as I started writing this.

I run on WIN7 Virtual from a server I picked up from old work place years ago. I did create a copy/backup, but had added so many things since (doors, etc.) and didn't notice the above until too late to revert back. 
I've tried to install new/fresh to another directory then copy over - fails still.
Hoping bulletins can be fixed with later update (file-type mismatch if I do anything else with it). I figured the (Y), (N), (C) was just a menu issue, but can't get that fixed either.
Main reason I upgraded was for the FIDOPOLL - MUTIL "conversion". 

Anyone else wanna chime in?
