Well, Windows might require some tuning as I haven't tested it under Windows just yet, I'll have a Win32 install soon to start testing and adjusting but in the meantime, I guess I don't have a readily available recipe for you. SSL depend on the Python SSL libraries, it should all be taken care of by Python, and unlike server-side, no key is required. It will use the trusted certificates in your machine truested store to validate the server certificate.
