Subj : Mail routing issues To : All From : David Gonzalez Date : Tue Oct 22 2024 08:04 am Hello everybody! *not a very happy user follows* I am hgaving a ton on issues with mail routing and apparently, as per the book *it's my config*. I have setup everything as a normal person would do, checked the docs and I have 3 node addresses FSX: 21:3/188 Fido: 3:633/2744.188 Micronet: 618:500/67 All have uplinks to a hub which sometimes works sometimes gives me *auth failed*, same details and all that. I setup golded with the following: // Your FTN-style address and akas. ADDRESS 21:3/188 ; FSX Net. AKA 3:633/2744.188 ; A sysop point. ;AKA 3:633/2744.188@fidonet.org ; A point address with domain ("5D"). AKA 618:500/67 ; Micronet. FSX is the only thing working, micronet pols the system but my uplink very kindly tells me *it's your system I'm a massive hub and all works fine here, I don't belive how can you poll my system and you're showing your micronet AKA* FOrfido I get tons of automated messages telling me mail was rejected because this or that which by looking at my config don't make sense. You can sense my frusdtration and annoyance with all this, I mean it cannot be all my config and I'm sure of that, Note: *if your answer is not pointed to help, please dont't*. and I know this message may get read but probably not replied so... I'm giving this a last chance and I hope someone can point me in the right direction. Regards.
