This is the nature of door programs: they are programs (usually 16-bit DOS, but not always) that execute on the host computer and usually the OS will create a container window or console to run the program in - that is normal. It is possible for the host (BBS) software to create the process (at least on Windows) in a hidden or minimized mode, so Mystic may have an option to that, but that is a separate problem from the remote client not seeing any outupt.
