Are your QWK/REP paths set correctly? (I'm on Linux, though.)

I have the following under Networking --> QWK General Settings:

 ÛÛÜÜ  Û       Local QWK Path ³ /home/bbs/mystic/localqwk/               ÛÛÛÜÜ
 °ÛÛÛÜÜÛ       Local REP Path ³ /home/bbs/mystic/localqwk/              

Also check that the QWK Packet ID is set to be (exactly) your username ("megabbs"?).

I'm using the following under Networking --> QWK Networks:

 °ÛÛÛÜÜ      Û Û  FTP Host     ³ dove.synchro.net               Û °°²ÛÛÛÛ ²ÜÜÜÜÛ Û  Packet ID    ³ VERT                           Û °ÛÛÛÜÜÜÜÜ ÜÜÛ

Not sure if the packet ID is case-sensitive, but it might be...

I use "./qwkpoll all" for polling.
