Hmmm.  THEGATE2FIDO would be cool, because there is no other than "the" gate.  ;)

How 'bout a read-only (via supergroup) group on the Telegram side that has
sufficient information of all the currently gated echos.  Read-only would be a
good way to thwart spammers, trolls, and stupid questions.

A moderator could then optionally manage the salient content/echo updates from
the FTN side.

I'm just considering aspects that would help minimize too much administrative
and moderator-like WORK for you.
