I should've said it "was" mine... haven't had the blackberry for a long time 
now.

I forget the model but the one with the trackball was the most reliable model.
Never let anyone convince you that all Blackberry's are reliable though. The
one with the side dial thing and horrible keyboard or the finger-swipe sensor
were total unreliable pieces of shit. We had to replace at least seven or
eight of them at my workplace. Dropped calls, hot batteries, dead screens. 
Ahhhh fun times.
