RAID is -=NOT=- a backup strategy... RAID is only for storage, access speed, 
and redundancy... even data stored on a RAID must be backed up... loose your 
RAID card or take a lightening strike that destroys the machine and see how 
much data you can get that's workable... off-site backups do not have this 
problem...
