Send an email to bbs@outpostbbs.net with the subject of FREQ and in the message 
body, put the following:

FREQ CINET119.ZIP
FREQ CINET.ZIP

Just send it off and you'll get the two files.

First, unzip and set up CINET119.ZIP.  When that's done, extract CINET.ZIP into 
the directory that you put the first archive in.  The second archive contains 
the freeware executables.
