there has never been an election of any sort for moderator of the PASCAL or 
PASCAL_LESSONS echos... the outgoing moderator(s) have selected their 
replacements in much the same way that the snooze editor is selected...

ROTFL! seems to me that some might better look to how they came into their 
"office" before making waves in other's offices ;)
