i don't recall when i first started reading PASCAL but i do remember that the 
moderator was a fellow from OZ or NZ... i can't remember his name but murdock 
or murdoch is what floats foremost in my forebrain... i also recall a report a 
few months after he turned over moderatorship to the current moderator... that 
report was about (AH!) duncan's death... something about him being on an 
extended trip and being involved in a car accident that killed him instantly... 
i'm wanting to say that the trip was a "tour" of OZ or the US as well as saying 
that the accident wasn't his fault... memory is trying to tell me that his 
vehicle was hit by someone that ran a redlight or something very similar to 
that...
