Hi Scott, This one I know..:) There is a free pascal compiler and it is called FreePascal (FPK) www.freepascal.org, it supports numerous OSs, Linux, FreeBSD, Dos, Windows to name a few.. There is also a add on named Lazarus - www.lazarus.freepascal.org - Which they describe as: "The class libraries and development environment for Free Pascal that emulate Delphi" As for learning material, the FreePascal/Lazarus site has some really good documentation, programming techniques and a vast community of users, so maybe a starting point.
