FreePascal (aka FPC) and if you want to do RAD GUI style stuff, Lazarus... if 
you get Laz, you'll get both as Laz is a frontend to FPC that carries many of 
the GUI stuffs...

if you get Laz, you don't need to get FPC as it is already with...
