minor not on non standard ftp port, it needs to be added to contracker then so 
it can open DATA port reverse, ftp is wonderfull :)

from my redhat 8 conf :)

now passive ftp works !, just open port 21 and 2121 on firewall, nothing more 
nothing less, if policy on it is open from inside as accept there is no more 
confs to be done with it
