Based on the percentage numbers that I saw this morning, if Silva hadn't run
and all his votes went to Cuomo, Cuomo still wouldn't have run.

This tells me that either the Voter Fraud machine is still running in NYC, or
the vast majority of the producing people have already left and aren't voting.

I believe so too.  The commie promised many things.  But he doesn't have other
people's money to fund them.  So it's going to be years of excuses.  Especially
when the state-level Democrats are going to oppose him.
