But this introduces that which I mused about, if routing is to be accurate and 
an arrangement like this is made, this info has to be made available so that 
everyone else can route netmail meant for him properly.

However as it is, in his case, I specifically direct netmail for his node to 
his feed. If you had a direct connection into NET116 and didnt know this 
specific info????
