The previous posting to yesterday's postings in the NHL echo was in September 
'08. Before that, there was a posting in March '08. It's traditionally dead in 
the summer because there's no hockey to talk about. Will I need to re-request 
that it be carried every October?

In the CANPOL echo. which was apparantly dropped, the inactivity gap was 10 
months. What exactly is your cutoff? Is it 1 year, or is it shorter than that?

If it's supposed to be one year, then neither of those echos should have been 
dropped.
