All depends on the technology,, some of this stuff is like late 90's early
2000 it seems.. but other stuff being writting and re-written is useing all
the latest angular / react frameworks which doesn't have problems in modern
browsers.. but of course every group has their preference and own priorities
so while some projects are doing recent stuff.. others are stuck maintaining
crap.  :)
