Yes. The option to show seen-bys is just that, show them to the user other
wise it just hides them, just like the Kludges.

Zeus seems to wrap everything at 78 characters for some reason. If it sees
text below the tear and origin lines that doesn't begin with SEENBY: it
freaks out.

Seeing as most seen-bys push to 80 characters the last entry wraps to a new
line without the SEENBY: preceding it.
