No sweat.. I try to advertise GGlabs as much as possible, when I got my Turbo232 from them I couldn't try it out till I got my Ultimate 64 because I no longer had a C64, When I got it 6 months after I bought the T232 it didn't work, I emailed the company and told them the situation and the guy there said he could send me a chip to replace or I could send him back the unit and he would replace it.. I didn't feel like breaking the unit so I sent it back, he fixed it sent it back and there was no charge for it, He was outstanding to deal with!! Thus the reason I always advertise for them. :)
