Subj : Django developers here?

  I've got a few questions regarding a Django project that I'm just learning to
cut my eyeteeth on here.  I was wondering if anybody around here has any
experience in it so that they might be able to assist me with a few issues
(namely manage.py's missing 'migrate' and 'makemigrations' functionality) that
I'm having here.
