Just remember to use -i switch to import a text file you create along with a
header file. 

So the syntax should be something like this...

smbutil iC:\sbbs\someFolder\someFile.TXT c:\sbbs\data\subs\echoFolder.shd <
Header.hdr

The Header.hdr format...
