What version of Synchronet and Allfix are you running? Although fcomp seemed to
work, I could never get it to write to the file area -- instead I write to
files.bbs and call ADDFILES.

I'm running Synchronet 3.16 and ALLFIX version 5 -- could never get 6.0.2x to
work here consistently.
