To me, Cinnamon is bastardized Gnome 3. They took the good parts of Gnome 3 and
ripped them out and broke it. Specifically things like per-display virtual
dynamic desktops. In Cinnamon, it's now all one long screen, instead of per
screen.

They improved in other areas, I will give them that, but in the process, they
broke what was actually the best feature of Gnome 3. :)
