If the netmail is destined to your hub address, which is the machine it's just sitting on, sbbsecho knew exactly what to do with it, and there it sits waiting to be read from that node number. :) Since you're not doing anything else regarding email or anything on that system. You could setup a small Golded config file just to read your netmail on that system (/sbbs/ctrl/mail.cnf I believe). But otherwise I don't think there is any kind of forwarding mechanism.
