Stick to bridged mode and choose your adapter.  

1. go to http://localhost:80 on the virtual box and make sure you can get
there.
2. Check your firewall settings, make sure they are "off"
3. try to go to http://yourserverip:80 on your network.
4. If that don't work, do an ipconfig /all on your server and make sure you
have an IP address from your router.  Hopefully you do.. :)
