You and me both, pal. And I have a funny story about that. My mom works as a Guest Services person at the University hospital in Wisconsin... biggest and best hospital in the state right? Anyhoo, she had a patient in her neurology clinic whose name I will not reveal here, except to say that it was not Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs is dead.
This guy had claimed to be the inventor of the smartphone. He had gone in because his back was hunched over from staring at his dang phone too much. Kinda reminded me of a circa-2002 Verizon commercial where people were going in for having their hands permanently attached to their ears.

So yeah, I'm off Facebook, I'm off Twitter, or X or whatever it is now, I'm off Instagram; you name it, I'm off it. And I don't think I've ever gone ON TikTok.

Thanks for that little dose of reality.
