Yeah, I'm finding it hard to think of a Bulgarian thing that is sweet and
savory... There's a red pepper spread/sauce called 'lyutenitza' that's a little
bit sweet and gets put on meat (often for kids). Also, sugar gets put on egg
bread. That's about as close as I can think of, though.
