I ran PCBoard 15.x in the early 90's
 I lived fairly close to Clark Development co. (The makers of PCBoard).
I used to drop in and chat all the time.
 There were a lot of good options back then for running a BBS, like wildcat, TAG, PCBoard, spitfire, searchlight, renegade, etc.....
