We have a couple of pizza places that capture the old-school feel - dark wood, pitchers of soda and beer, carafes of wine, plaid tablecloths covered in clear plastic. Shakers of crushed red papper flakes and grated parmesan cheese.

I think the Round Table Pizzas near us still have dine-in service.
