I have a line is a script:

writeln('<a href="?pages/More/telegram.ssjs&to='+sys.host+'@'+sys.users[j].name
+'"'>+sys.users[j].name+'</a>');

Throwing error: 

!JavaScript SyntaxError: invalid XML attribute value

is that because of the &=to portion?
