syncdoom: installer bootstrap for the (unshipped) door binary

SyncDOOM's executable isn't shipped in the Synchronet package (size + the
GPL source-distribution obligation), so add get-binary.js and run it from
install-xtrn.ini as a [pre-exec] step with required=true: the door won't
register unless its binary is present. On Windows the script downloads and
extracts the current build from a well-known Vertrauen URL; on *nix it just
verifies build.sh/deploy.sh have placed the binary here, aborting with
guidance if not.
