Conform menu()'s extension-ladder brace style to the house style

Expand the '{ found = true; break; }' single-line compound statements
(inherited from 151b9b5ca7 (sports-3-formal) and perpetuated by e0288fcd8f
(yeah-33-error)) into properly-braced multi-line blocks, and drop the
redundant parentheses around the terminal-support conditions.  No
functional change; uncrustify-clean before and after (its config doesn't
flag one-line compound blocks).
