syncconquer: record rev-1.332 SyncTERM sprite-blit primitives (deferred)

Deuce's "scaled graphics APC blits" (CTerm rev 1.332) add ZX/ZY integer
zoom, FX/FY mirroring, off-screen clipping (signed DX/DY), and mask/PBM
transparency to DrawPPM/DrawJXL/P;Paste -- a real sprite blitter. Record
in DEFERRED.md (sprite-compositing entry) and cross-reference from the
DESIGN.md Phase-2 spec what these enable (static-UI cached-sheet
compositing; a native-res + client ZX/ZY-zoom transport) and why they
stay deferred: SyncTERM-only, so the framebuffer dirty-rect differ remains
the cross-terminal plan; full unit-sprite compositing still needs
engine-invasive draw-call hooking these don't remove.
