syncconquer: ship documented sample config .ini for both doors

Add syncalert.example.ini / syncdawn.example.ini to the xtrn bundles,
documenting the door's config settings a sysop can otherwise only find by
reading the source: "[game] movies" (play FMV cutscenes) and "[video]
dirty_rect" (differential rendering). A sysop copies the file to
<door>.ini beside the binary and overrides what they want; every key is
optional and shown at its built-in default.
