syncscumm: seed each door's syncscumm.ini from a package template

The door reads its own syncscumm.ini (subtitles, sixel ceiling, audio)
from its working directory at launch, but the template for it lived only
in src/doors/syncscumm/ and a sysop had to hand-copy it -- the template's
own header even noted this was a stopgap until the installer could seed
it "like the other doors' <name>.example.ini -> <name>.ini".

This finishes that: every title package now ships its own
syncscumm.example.ini and an install-xtrn.ini [copy:] step that seeds it
as syncscumm.ini in the package dir, exactly as scummvm.ini is already
seeded. The door's config is now discoverable and editable in place
rather than hidden in the source tree. The seeded copy holds only the
defaults (subtitles=auto, sixel_max=0, the whole [audio] block
commented), so behavior is unchanged until a sysop edits it.

The template's stale M2/M5 header is refreshed to describe the per-
package seeding; the "this package does not seed one" note in the
syncqueen/syncbass installers is corrected; and each .gitignore tracks
the template while ignoring the seeded live syncscumm.ini (a denylist
rule for the two that use one, a whitelist allow for the two that don't).
Unlike the game-specific scummvm.example.ini, this template is identical
across titles -- door settings are the same for every game -- so a global
door-config lookup could later replace the per-package copies if that
duplication ever bites.
