Her tape measure is going in the mail! I purchased a set of old German China Canisters at a rummage sale. I was headed home from going to sales not finding much when I came upon a rummage sale selling a set of canisters. They were so beautiful. They are white with cobalt and golf trim. I had always wanted some but they were way out of the price range I could afford. I asked how much they were. I almost fainted when the lady said 5 dollars. She carefully packed them up for me and home I went. I had a big smile on my face. When I got home I realized that I forgot to pay the lady. I use a scooter so because it was low on battery power. I sent my neighbor back with the money. She asked the lady with the sale if I had paid her. She did not remember and would not take the money. I still have the set and they are one of my favorite things I have found over the years. Barbara Milwaukee, Wisconsin I love going to garage sales. I was at one once where they were selling a wicker Baby Buggy. It was in very nice condition but did not have a price. I asked the girl selling at the sale how much it was. She called someone to ask the price. She told me 150 so I gave her one dollar and 50 cents and off I went dragging it home me driving my scooter. Later on as I was thinking about it I bet that they meant $150.00. I still have it. I could not remember which house. I did feel kind of bad. It is in a very nice condition and I love it.
