MOCHA NUT BALLS 1 c. soft butter 1/2 c. granulated sugar 2 t. vanilla 2 t. instant coffee powder 1/4 c. cocoa 1 3/4 c. sifted flour (+1 extra T. if no nuts are added) 1/2 t. salt 2 c. shopped pecans or walnuts, optional Confectioners' sugar Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add coffee, cocoa, flour and salt bit by bit, then the nuts. Form into 1" balls. Bake at 325 degrees about 15 minutes. Cool and roll in confectioners' sugar.
