Hey Nancy!

Due to some complications with a leap year cybertoast I made some changes and 
now the 2020-02-29 cybertoast *should* become 2024-02-29 and drop to the bottom 
of the list on 2020-03-01.  I plan to leave it alone until then unless I happen 
to notice any other issues before then.  Please do not adjust your set.
