Hey Nancy!

I added one more condition to the cybertoast tagline generator where only if 
the 'days from now' is less or equal to 365 days then it gets outputted to the 
list.  Therefore when the 2020-02-29 cybertoast becomes 2024-02-29 on May 1st 
it will drop off the radar never to be seen until 2023-03-01 rolls around.  I 
think that is a better outcome than outputting a cybertoast date that is more 
than a year from 'now'.

    2020-11-05 is 298 days from now and falls on a Thursday.
