Thus based on the ftn datetime and the TZUTC a correction to your TZUTC would result in the date being displayed as "2020-11-24 15:27:28 +0100". For TZ=PST8PDT the corrected datetime would be displayed as "2020-11-24 06:27:28 -0800" which I can confirm by looking at the clock on the wall. It is all relative. Life is good, Maurice ....
