The echo dates back to Z6 (former zone) and though we rarely see any posters
from Asia anymore, randomly 1 or 2 pop up in Z3 (where the remainder of Z6
voted to move to when we couldn't sustain Z6 any longer).

It's always been a chatty echo and a freindly one.  Lots of tech talk too and
folks test things here too.  Telegram users here too but we don't see many.

We do stay out of politics as it's got several ther echos that can be used for
that.
