Hey Nancy!

 NB> We're past the worst again....

Mother Nature is still giving us the cold shoulder.  I like the sounds of you 
current temps as 40F is more or less the normal for this time of year in this 
neck of the woods.

No snow since Monday but given the sub zero temps (<-in C of course) there is a 
chance of getting more dustings later this week.  Personally I would prefer the 
higher average temps and the usual rain.
