The controversial Bill C-11 is now law.

I wonder who will be the arbiter of "Canadian content" and how  
will this skew one's choices during a media search for content.

C-11 is not intended to affect personal content loaded to YT or  
TikTok, however.

But what can go go wrong, eh?
