video companies to insist upon their seach algorithms to  
prioritize Canadian content.

That would be a hoot.  But.. not at all.  The Bill targets  
commercial media companies.

However, in its broad language, I wonder if they want  
accomodate things like Telegram, Discord, or other "chat"  
channels in the future.
